In conjunction with creative pad at Yabu Pushelberg New York, New Inc. has developed a full branded signage program for a series of luxury private condominiums located in the heart of Jakarta, Indonesia. Working closely with a local signage fabricator, New Inc. started the project by conducting an extensive research in materials and fabrication methods that are most suitable for the natural surroundings and its tropical weather. Interior design and material scheme is also another key factor plays a critical role in successful signage branding. From wall finishes to the metal frames, all parts of the building structure was studied to develop an integrated system. The project included bespoke guest room unit numbers, custom way finding system for the whole complex including both front/back of house and underground parking area. The exterior monument signage was also designed to be perfectly fit in with the lush natural landscaping of the estate. With utmost attention to the quality, Verde project has successfully completed and the same signage system is expected to be carried over to new towers that are currently under construction.
